This page explains what information ToKiddo collects and how we use it. What we collect To place and deliver an order, we collect your name, mobile number, delivery address, and the items you order. If you create an account, we verify your mobile number with a one-time code; we don’t require an email address or a password. If you add a child’s profile, we store the age and an optional name you choose — nothing more. How we use it Your information is used to confirm, process, and deliver your order; to let you track it by phone number; and to contact you about that order. We share only what’s necessary with our courier and payment partners to complete delivery and payment — never for their own marketing. Your choices You can ask us to update or delete your saved addresses, children’s profiles, or account at any time. Guest orders are tracked only by your order number and mobile number, without creating an account. Analytics Where enabled, we use privacy-conscious analytics to understand how the shop is used. Where your phone number is shared with an advertising partner for this purpose, it is sent in an irreversibly hashed form, never as plain text.
