Shipping and delivery

We deliver across Bangladesh, with two ways to receive your order. Same-day delivery in Chattogram city If your address is inside Chittagong city, you can choose same-day delivery at checkout where it’s available. Orders placed earlier in the day have the best chance of arriving the same day; our team confirms your order by phone first. Nationwide courier delivery Outside Chattogram city, and anywhere else in Bangladesh, your order travels by courier and typically arrives within 2–4 business days of being confirmed, depending on your district. Cash on delivery Cash on delivery is our main payment method — pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. Please have the exact amount ready; it’s shown on your order confirmation and tracking page. We confirm every order by phone before it’s dispatched, so please keep your phone reachable. You can track any order at any time using your mobile number and the order number from your confirmation message.
